*Please note (Tenerife not Scotland), if your arrival day is the beginning of a retreat that has just started, there are no activities on your arrival day. This allows all guests to settle in and be given a tour and an introduction of what will take place during the week. Scotland you will do ½ day on arrival day and ½ on departure day. Arriving at 13.30 and leaving around lunchtime on departure day.

 

*If you are staying longer than 7 days in Tenerife, please note talks can change the second week.

 

*07.00-08.00. Herbal Tea & Sunrise (overnight oats or avocado or egg on wholemeal available for non-detox or semi detox guests. Pre-order day before.

 

*Lunch Scotland is Juice or Soup or both. *Lunch Tenerife is Juice or Buddha Bowl. (non-vegan options fully catered for as we have 3 kitchens)

 

* Mid-Day. Scotland has check ins and check outs daily, at this time. Scotland and Tenerife Mid-Day Free Time. Go to the swimming pool (Tenerife has two, one heated one infinity), take a steam room (Scotland only, Tenerife have pods), take a sauna, Tenerife onsite, all Scotland guests have their own wellness bag in each room. (Tenerife share these). Detox infrared sauna blanket, lymphatic leg drainage, neck massage machine. Borrow a book, (wellness, diets, juicing, keto, life coaching, holistic health, motivation). Book a treatment. Massage, facial, beauty. Book these before you come to the retreats. Book for 13.30 to 15.30 or after 18.30 at night if you don’t want to miss anything.

 

* Excursions. Scotland between April and October you can book water sports in advance, as the loch is only 5 minutes’ drive away. Tenerife is 10-15 minutes to the beach, and you can book a boat trip, jet ski, snorkel, or another trip. Tenerife also has markets several days a week. Scotland, the village has a few beautiful little shops with local produce.

 

*Dinner. Tenerife, we make all the soups and veggie stews and Spanish omelettes on site in front of you. Scotland the private chef makes the evening meals, including any veggie pies. Tenerife we sometimes swap to a Buddha Bowl at night, Scotland in colder months we have thick stews with pulses and on request at BOTH retreats due to having a separate kitchen we will on request serve only you individually if you would like chicken or fish also.

 

*One of our staff in Tenerife is a holistic therapist and when onsite if it’s her week she will do workshops and teach you how to make your own scrubs etc.

 

*Another Tenerife staff is a professional star gazing guide; she runs night excursions that you can pay for.

 

*If you wish and have the energy for more, you can pay for a private yoga session or private life coaching session or private pt session. These cost £50/50Î per hour.

 

* Please note we cover all this in one week. Times can change due to weather, but everything is done. We reserve the right to change times, sequence, or schedule.

 

*Business coaching is an on-demand Q&A session.

 

*Open Talk Knowledge when guests take a group circle to share all their knowledge in life what they think might benefit others. When staff are not busy, they also join in. Knowledge sharing can be, business, life, a skill, a hobby, learning to make your own natural products, spiritual, boxing, keto, vegan, juice, might a mess, monkey brain, career change. The topics and wisdom shared during these sessions are amazing. These times are not fixed but they are on the schedule to encourage guests to do them.
