We keep it simple. Even though on our retreats we provide 95% plant based nutrition. We don't claim to be Vegans, Vegetarians, Plant Based, Cavemen, Keto Eaters, Paleo Followers, Slimming Plan providers, Food Police.

Our programme of nutrition, coaching and movement is the perfect trio.
Detox programme is two juices, one soup one hot pot and some shots, fruit and a bar. Top up can be oats if you wish.
Note our Detox programme takes place when we do Villa Retreats or stay anywhere and we bring them to your resort. When choosing a retreat in one of the resorts we work from, mar y sol or another resort, you can have your exercise and enjoy a typical hotel style buffet. This is a semi detox experience if choosing a resort and the hotel buffet and we recommend one plate and also the head chef is available several days a week if you require he plate your food.

When choosing a non inhouse retreat you can have the exercise programme and use a hotel resort. One of the resorts we use is Mar Y Sol sport and spa family hotel that orginally was built for disabled guests. They have a standard hotel buffet with a huge selection and local fish and meats. If you wish to control what you are eating then or have it served they also provide a plate up service.
